down 20lbs

so the last time i stepped on the scale, i was down another 4-6lbs. So excited I got heavy in the gym, i went and bought more equipment to use at home. Determined to get this weight off once and for all. Change my thoughts and my life. I deserve it and so does my daughter.

11lbs down

I finally reached my one goal of coming under 300lbs. There's no turning back. Stress and not having an appetite definitely attributed to this loss but i'm not stopping here. Healthy lifestyle is on track.

The Start (day 30)

Starting this 30 challenge for myself. Eating right and working out more regular. It's been a rough start but I have to start doing something more regular. I'm paying for this membership i best use it. I'll try to take a picture every day during this challenge. Maybe if I see my progress I'll continue. Pray for me.
